Welcome to Keystone Mortgage. Over the last 10 years as a Mortgage Lender I have learned a few core values.

I am a Correspondent (Direct) lender. Correspondent lenders make the lending decision, and fund the loan with their own money or credit line. They have the advantage over both large retail companies and mortgage brokers as they have better interest rates, since they deal with dozens of lending sources. Correspondent lenders do not have to wrestle with the corporate goliath of profitability. Their margins and costs are significantly less than that of banks and brokers. In turn I am able to pass those savings along to my clients.
